My name is Timothy ("Tim") S. Collins. I am the founder and owner of OurGourmetCoffee.com, an online business specializing in fresh, roast-to-order specialty coffee. Our gourmet coffees are from the highest quality hand picked, 100 per cent Arabica coffee beans from the premier coffee growing regions of the world.

What coffee means to me: Coffee is more than a hobby for me. It is a passion. I have loved the taste and aroma of coffee since my early teens. I welcome the opportunity to introduce others to this wonderful beverage for the first time or to new coffee selections they have not yet tasted. Those who know me call me "The Gourmet Coffee Guy." Deciding to market an online coffee business as one of my online enterprises was easy to do. My goal is for others to taste for themselves what I mean by my slogan "once tasted, always remembered!"

Other professional and personal experience: I earned undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (go "Heels!). I also hold an additional graduate degree from American InterContinental University (AIU). I have successfully combined classroom theories with real world experiences over the years. I have worked in insurance; investments; plastics and chemicals marketing; innovative strategic business development, and internet marketing. I read a lot on many different subjects and have an excellent memory for details. I have become very knowledgeable about nutritional supplements, vitamins and healthy eating. This is for health reasons and from extensive study about these important subjects.

About me: I enjoy meeting people from different cultures and backgrounds. I like engaging in intellectual dialog. I have traveled to many countries and learned to appreciate the uniqueness of each country and their people. I have become a great outdoor cook known for excellent grilled dishes prepared to perfection. With my family, I rescue Siberian Huskies and give them a pampered life as our furry children. I am interested in joint venture opportunities and innovative ideas for new business trends and new markets.
